This registration is for the booth space for the 2007 Asian Pacific American Hertiage Festival organized by the Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans. 

The event will be from 12nn - 6pm.  Booth Set-Up will start at 10am.

GUIDELINES: 

1.)  Please be aware that there are no electrical outlets in the park.

2.)  There is no parking on site, however, fast loading and unloading will be permitted before 10am. (The entrance to the park is on the Broadway side between 16th and 17th Streets.) Any vehicle left unattended will be tolled at the owner's expense.

3.)  There will be NO rain dates or refunds. The festival will go on Rain or Shine on Sunday, May 6, 2007.

4.)  Food vendors, please note, NO alcoholic beverages may be served. Open fire is not permitted on park grounds. Only sternos and chafing trays are allowed.  

5.)  Each table is required to clean up and bring their garbage to designated locations.  Otherwise, a penalty fee of $200 will be assessed by the parks department.

6.)  Tent use or Large Umbrella Use is Encouraged.  Decorate your booth to standout.  However, be aware that each booth table is only 6 feet wide and most tents are 10 feet wide.  Please be considerate of your neighbors.  CAPA volunteers can help make the necessary table adjustments.  Kindly call (212) 989-3610 for help on the day of the event.
